Each one of our workouts session lasts roughly 50-minutes which means they are fast, efficient, effective, and will fit the busiest of schedules.   • Better Workouts & Better Results: Each workout 60 min workout be a mix of strength training to help you tone up and boost your metabolism for maximum fat burning during and after each workout. This will be integrated with high intensity interval training (HIIT) during your training experience, keeping your heart rate pumping and melting the fat off your body faster than you ever though possible.
